Each problem requires a different conversation, so we have created templates with workflows for specific activities.
After clicking Create a map, choose your category and select from the range of activities. There’s a short description to help you decide on what works best.
For example, this is a simple for and against map which allows each person or team to create their list of arguments for and against an action. They can rate each response on the level of impact, allowing you to then decide which is the best way forward.
Each map has a default setting based on a standard approach, but you have the ability to customise the steps as needed. The default settings include some of the instructions, voting options and result display options. Depending on what you need, you can change the settings before ( or even during!) your session. In this example, you can see that the size of the results is based on the results of the team’s rating of the ideas.
Use an important vs urgent matrix to see what people think are priorities. Run retrospectives easily and effectively for project sprints. Conduct a SWOT or PEST analysis for your strategy meeting or use education templates to compliment delivery of your lesson plans. If you want a head start, check out these suggested recipes for each activity or see some of the other features.
Can’t find a template? You can design your own or send us a suggestion. We’re always on the look out for maps that are making conversations happen.
